  <title>Data modelling not running</title>
  <description>
    Type: Incident
    Duration: 2 days and 30 minutes

    Affected Components: Data Model
    May 19, 12:30:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - The under-provisioned database has been fixed. Due to the TTL or Table Expiration being set to 1 day on the Data Warehouse tables in BigQuery, customer tables were deleted around Sunday. This TTL has now been increased to 7 days to mitigate future issues, ensuring that tables do not get deleted if pipelines fail to run for any reason. The Dreamdata App and Data Warehouse run as usual, aside from the data not being updated. As soon as the pipeline was fixed, all data was updated retrospectively. Sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused. May 17, 12:00:00 GMT+0 - Investigating - Due to a database being under-provisioned, data modeling pipelines are down. Resulting in data not being updated. The Application, Data Warehouse etc. are functionally with stale data.

  <title>DNSSEC misconfigurations</title>
  <description>
    Type: Incident
    Duration: 2 hours

    Affected Components: Application
    Jan 29, 18:00:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - Today, we deployed a misconfiguration of the DNSSEC record on our main domain [dreamdata.io](http://dreamdata.io). This could have prevented some customers from entering our [app.dreamdata.io](http://app.dreamdata.io). A fix has been deployed and has been picked up by DNS servers. Some local DNS servers might still be updating, and some could still be impacted. Recommended action if not working: Refresh your browser and try again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Data collection or modeling has not been impacted. The analytics script is loaded from a different domain ([dreamdata.cloud](http://dreamdata.cloud)) and is not impacted. Jan 29, 16:00:00 GMT+0 - Investigating - We are currently investigating this incident.
